Kanye West and rapper GLC are among other artists to join Stadium Entertainment's effort to provide funds for the Negro League Baseball Museum. The emerging enterainment record label's goal is to mesh sports and music. It's first CD, "True To The Game," also features Talib Kweli, Young Joc, Mario, Big Boi, Ray J and others and is available on preorder thru amazon.com. A substantial amount of proceeds from the CD will benefit the Negro League Baseball Museum. West and GLC's lyrical contribution, "The Big Screen" is shipping to video outlets now.

Proud to know that they are building up the Black community in this manner. They can count on me to contribute a CD purchase to the cause. I hope it goes platinum AND I hope they keep their word to contribute the moolah to the cause at hand.
